The Job Description

  • Coordinate production, tender, and construction package information for predominantly Detail and Build projects.
  • Deliver high-quality technical output at each project stage.
  • Support on-site activities and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven background in Design and Build, Detail and Build, Architecture, or Design Consultancy.
  • Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Demonstrated technical skills with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
  • Ability to initiate solutions to technical challenges.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with UK building systems, regulations, and construction methods.

Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,000 per year (dependent on experience).
