About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Building Fabric Specialist to join our client, Rise Technical Recruitment Limited, on a long-term contract basis. As a key member of the facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of building fabric and facilities maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair building fabric, including walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs.
  • Perform routine checks and inspections to identify potential issues.
  • Carry out minor repairs and replacements as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in building fabric or facilities maintenance.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as City & Guilds or NVQs.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work at heights and in confined spaces.
