Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a prestigious hotel group, seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join their dynamic kitchen team in Beaulieu.

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team.

You will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your section, as well as assisting senior chefs with menu planning, stock control, and hygiene standards.

You will also have the opportunity to learn new skills and techniques from our talented chefs.
