About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic After School Club Manager to join our team at Rosebery School. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing wraparound care for our school children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and happiness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the wraparound team to deliver high-quality care and activities for children.
  • Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
  • Provide a healthy afternoon snack and ensure the kitchen is maintained to high health and safety standards.
  • Supervise children in the play areas, ensuring their orderly conduct, welfare, and safety.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate positively to children and adults.
