About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a School Clubs Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Breakfast School Club, providing wraparound care for our school children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Breakfast School Club team
  • Plan and deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities for children
  • Provide a healthy breakfast for children in the morning
  • Supervise children in the play areas to ensure their safety and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the club
Requirements
  • Leadership and management experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of kitchen health and safety
  • High level of communication skills and ability to relate positively to children and adults
  • Commitment to the happiness, well-being, self-esteem, and progress of everyone at the school
