About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated After School Club Manager to join our team at Rosebery School. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing wraparound care for our school children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and happiness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the wraparound team to deliver high-quality care and activities for children.
  • Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
  • Provide a healthy afternoon snack and ensure the kitchen is maintained to high health and safety standards.
  • Supervise children in the play areas, ensuring their orderly conduct, welfare, and safety.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive environment.
What We Are Looking For
  • A strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of kitchen health and safety and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • A passion for working with children and young people, with a focus on their happiness, well-being, and progress.
