**About the Role**

Hireful is seeking a Senior ICT Leadership Role to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the IT function within a school setting, ensuring that all technical systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in IT leadership, excellent communication skills, and experience working with schools or similar educational institutions.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of IT technicians
  • Developing and implementing IT strategies
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

We are looking for someone who is a natural leader, has excellent problem-solving skills, and is able to communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders.
