  • Collaborate with external agencies, parents, and carers to provide comprehensive support for students with SEN.
  • Provide professional development opportunities for SEN staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to inform future planning and improvement strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Special Education or related field.
  • Experience in leading SEN teams and managing staff.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with external agencies and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of national SEN legislation and policy.
