We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Retention Specialist to join our dynamic team at TN Recruits. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in managing product change mortgage applications and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for queries related to product change mortgage applications.
  • Timely and Accurate Responses: Deliver timely, accurate, and fitting responses to inquiries.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with various internal departments and Mortgage Brokers to update them on case progress and resolve any arising queries.
  • Proactive Engagement: Proactively engage with existing customers to bolster the product change pipeline and offer reminders about upcoming product expiration dates.
  • Data Management: Efficiently inputting, updating, and maintaining data across internal and external systems.
  • Application Management: Take charge of managing applications and handling relevant tasks independently.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Pursue outstanding documentation, reports, and information necessary for application progression.
  • Coordination and Liaison: Coordinate valuations and liaise with valuers to ensure seamless processes.
  • Final Checks: Conduct final checks before application completion.
Requirements
  • Basic Knowledge or Experience: While not mandatory, basic knowledge or experience in the mortgage/financial industry is advantageous.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £25,500 per annum.
  • Full-time Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.
  • Flexible Working Arrangements: Following probation, 1 day per week from home.
