Theramex is seeking a seasoned medical professional to lead our Women's Health team as a Head of Medical Affairs. This pivotal role will shape the future of our products and require a strong strategic thinker with a passion for Women's Health.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive medical plans to drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical knowledge and participate in scientific meetings to stay ahead of the curve.
- Ensure compliance with industry codes and regulations in medical approvals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver brand plans and drive business results.
- Organize and participate in scientific meetings and educational programs to enhance medical knowledge.
- Support Medical Information, Pharmacovigilance, and business development teams to drive business growth.
- Degree in Medicine or Pharmacy, with postgraduate qualifications preferred.
- Proven experience in Medical Affairs with final signatory status.
- Strong leadership skills in international medical and clinical projects.
- Experience in Women's Health therapy area.
