Job Title: Medical Graduate

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our UK Medical Affairs team as a Medical Graduate. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our strategic medical plan and working in partnership to deliver operational excellence.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Medical Graduate to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background in a relevant field and a passion for medical affairs. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, including clinical development, medical education, and market access.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of our strategic medical plan, working closely with the Therapy Area Medical Head and directorate members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence and drive business results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including R&D, commercial, and external affairs.
  • Contribute to the development of medical education initiatives, symposia, and advice-seeking activities.
  • Work with market access, regulatory, and development colleagues to gain access for patients to our medicines.
Requirements:
  • A PhD Scientist or registered Pharmacist.
  • Project management experience with examples of delivering initiatives from start to finish with clear goals and objectives.
