We are looking for an experienced Fire and Asbestos Compliance Specialist to join our Building Safety Compliance Team. The ideal candidate will have a track record of managing compliance programmes and knowledge of related housing regulations/law. You will work directly with the Safety Compliance Manager to ensure that all buildings meet statutory compliance obligations and regulatory undertakings.

In this role, you will prepare and review data taken from our compliance management systems to identify themes and trends. You will also provide advice and technical support on fire, asbestos, water and estate compliance to internal and external colleagues. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a salary of around £38,000-£48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
