Bidwells is currently undergoing a data transformation, and we are seeking an exceptional individual to join us on this journey as a Data Analyst.

The primary goal of this role is to enable data-driven decision-making, turning raw data into insights that drive growth and operational excellence.

You will collaborate with the Head of Data and AI to lead data-driven initiatives, transform complex datasets into actionable insights, and enhance decision-making through advanced visualisations and reports.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits including up to 8% matched pension, 28 days holiday, private medical cover, paid sabbaticals, and lifestyle discounts.

In this role, you will work closely with departments to address their specific data needs, stay updated on the latest analytics tools and technologies, and manage data collection, ensuring quality and implementing processes to maintain accurate and relevant data.

You will also be responsible for creating dashboards, reports, and visualisations using tools like Power BI, identifying trends and anomalies to inform business decisions, and collaborating with departments to meet specific data needs.

About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis and visualisation
  • Strong skills in data visualisation tools, particularly Microsoft Power BI
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts
  • Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
