Job Title: Retail Supervisor

Location: West Brom

Salary: £35,094

Hours: Monday – Saturday, Shift rotation basis

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our West Brom Retail Hub team as a Retail Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through face-to-face interactions, live chat, and phone support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Energy Hub Operations: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Energy Hub, including managing customer interactions, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you are equipped to provide the best possible service to our customers.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or energy-related environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible approach to working hours and tasks.
  • Teamwork: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
