About the Role

We are seeking a talented Sales and Service Professional to join our team. As a Sales and Service Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining high product knowledge.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing exceptional customer service to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  2. Demonstrating a deep understanding of products and services to meet customer needs.
  3. Identifying and responding to customer opportunities to drive sales growth.
  4. Maintaining high product knowledge through ongoing training and development.
  5. Collaborating with other teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  1. Experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a similar industry.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is £22,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
