About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Project Coordinator to join our Project Engineering team in Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of major projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our Project Engineering team to manage project accounts, raise purchase orders, and ensure timely payment to suppliers.
  • Coordinate and prepare Project Engineering meetings, including Design Reviews, Design Risk Workshops, and Engineering Team Progress meetings.
  • Organize project reporting, ensuring reports are produced on time and to a high-quality standard.
  • Assist engineers with Utility Searches and manage Symology requests, ensuring timely completion and accurate data processing.
  • Create and manage the financial lifecycle of requisitions and POs.
Requirements
  • Project experience working in a similar industry and proven ability to manage different stakeholders with conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to manage workload and be flexible to deal with change.
  • Experience in managing project finances is beneficial.
