Job Title: Cream Operative

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cream Operative to join our team at Muller Dairy. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cream department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake relevant production duties to ensure the delivery of the daily production plan.
  • Follow all relevant legal compliance, company policies, and procedures.
  • Take responsibility for performance compliance and demonstrate commitment to health and safety.
  • Actively participate in training and development to provide effective succession planning and develop a high-performing team.
  • Work with the team to identify, implement, and sustain cost-saving initiatives.
  • Deliver business initiatives to reduce waste and ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience within a temperature-controlled environment.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing daily production plans and demonstrate initiative and prioritization skills.
  • Effective team worker with a flexible approach.
