Job Title: Cream Operative

Müller UK & Ireland is a leading dairy company with a strong presence in the UK market. We are currently seeking a skilled Cream Operative to join our team at our Severnside facility in Stroud.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in our Cream Department. As a Cream Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, maintaining high-quality standards, and adhering to health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain equipment in the Cream Department to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
  • Monitor and control temperature, pH, and other critical parameters to ensure product quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and improve overall efficiency.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by reporting hazards and adhering to health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a temperature-controlled environment, preferably in a dairy or food manufacturing setting.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production plans.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings and evenings.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use production software.
