Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking relevant production duties to ensure the delivery of the daily production plan. This will involve working in a fast-paced environment, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards, and maintaining a high level of quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow all relevant legal compliance, company policies, and procedures
  • Take responsibility for performance compliance and demonstrate commitment to Health & Safety
  • Actively support and encourage Health & Safety and EMS practices and improvement initiatives
  • Ensure all dairy plant and equipment is appropriately cared for and report any issues to the Team Leader
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards and requirements
  • Deliver business initiatives to reduce waste and contribute to the improvement of improvement initiatives documented in the Site Annual Operating Plan
Requirements:
  • Previous experience within a temperature-controlled environment
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Capability and accountability
  • A flexible approach and ability to adapt to changing daily production plans
  • A good listener and communicator
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and prioritization skills
