Key Responsibilities:- Create new business sales leads within assigned UK targets through outbound sales calls to new, existing, and lapsed clients.
- Qualify client requirements and arrange suitable follow-up appointments.
- Provide effective account management and cross-sell, up-sell opportunities to existing clients.

- Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance lead generation processes and strategies.
- Achieve personal and company targets.
- Attend sales and product training sessions and courses as required.
- Highly motivated, positive, enthusiastic, and results-focused individual.
- Strong telesales and lead generation experience, preferably within the construction environment.
- Exceptional all-round communication skills and ability to deal with clients at executive level.
- Previous experience in B2B sales utilizing CRM software and sales pipeline management tools.
- Collaborative and consultative approach, with the ability to work autonomously to deliver results.
- Experience with Hubspot CRM (or equivalent) and ability to deliver accurate, clear, and concise forecasting and reporting.
