About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Instructor to join our team at Places Leisure. As a Fitness Instructor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality fitness classes and providing exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and effective fitness classes to a diverse range of customers
  • Provide personalized guidance and support to help customers achieve their fitness goals
  • Conduct initial inductions and ensure customers are using equipment safely and correctly
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Minimum of CIMSPA Affiliate/Reps Level 2 qualification
  • Previous experience in the fitness industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
