We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Instructor to join our team at Places Leisure. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness classes and providing excellent customer service to our members.

About the Role

As a Fitness Instructor, you will be working in a fun and lively environment with a team of like-minded individuals. You will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging fitness classes that cater to a wide range of ages and abilities. You will also be required to provide guidance and support to our members, helping them to achieve their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality fitness classes that meet the needs of our members
  • Provide excellent customer service to our members, responding to their needs and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of our leisure centre
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new fitness programs and initiatives
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise in fitness and exercise, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments

Requirements

  • Minimum of CIMSPA Affiliate/Reps Level 2 qualification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the success of the leisure centre
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning
