About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Group Workout Instructor to join our team at Places Leisure. As a Group Workout Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective group fitness classes to our members.

As a key member of our team, you will be expected to maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise in group exercise instruction, as well as possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our members to create a supportive and motivating environment that encourages them to reach their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality group fitness classes to a variety of age groups and fitness levels
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of group exercise instruction and programming
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our members
  • Work collaboratively with our team to promote a positive and inclusive fitness environment
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements
  • Minimum of CIMSPA Affiliate/Reps Level 2 qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of energy and enthusiasm for group exercise instruction
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
