Guest Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Hilton Hotels. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, including handling room assignments, key cards, and other guest requests.
- Assist with breakfast, bar, and restaurant duties, providing a high level of service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
- Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-focused industry, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Positive attitude, good communication skills, and a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Excellent grooming standards and a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service.
- Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude when working with guests.
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team, with a competent level of IT proficiency.
