Guest Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Hilton Hotels. As a key member of our Front Office and Food & Beverage departments, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience for guests, including handling room assignments, key cards, and other related tasks.
- Work collaboratively with the Guest Service Supervisor to maintain high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Take and deliver food and drinks orders, demonstrating exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues.
- Maximize room occupancy and promote hotel services and facilities through up-selling techniques.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer-focused industry, preferably in hospitality or a related field.
- A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
- Excellent grooming standards, with a calm, efficient, and organized approach to work.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude when working with guests.
- Professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competent level of IT proficiency.
