About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Welfare Support Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe learning environment for our young people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement Health and Safety standards in an educational environment.
  • Work with children and provide support as needed.
  • Liaise with support staff and teaching staff to ensure effective teamwork.
  • Act accordingly when advice or assistance is needed to meet pupil needs.
