Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Hospitality Specialist to join our team at Accor Hotel.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional hospitality service and ensuring that all guests have a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup and Preparation: Ensure that the restaurant and bar are prepared for service, maintaining high standards of presentation and adhering to health and safety procedures.
- Customer Service: Act as the face of the business, providing efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests, responding promptly to their needs and taking a positive problem-solving approach when issues arise.
- Food and Beverage Service: Engage with guests, take food and beverage orders, and use upselling opportunities to enhance their experience, while maintaining hygienic food service techniques during service.
- Section Management: Take responsibility for your designated section and station, ensuring that tables and service areas are clean and tidy, and room service trays and trolleys are set up correctly and collected promptly.
- Health and Safety: Actively participate in safe work practices and procedures, report any hazards or incidents, and wear protective clothing and equipment provided.
- Continuous Improvement: Follow departmental service procedures, attend training programmes and meetings, and constantly improve skills and knowledge to maintain high standards of service.

- Excellent Communication Skills: Provide clear and concise information to guests, colleagues, and management.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Respond effectively to guest complaints and concerns, escalating issues to management if necessary.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene throughout the service area.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing situations and priorities, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, along with opportunities for career advancement, comprehensive training, and a dynamic work environment.
Employment Type:
This is a full-time position, working a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
