Care Companion Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Care Assistant to join our team in Ipswich. As a member of our live-in care team, you will provide exceptional care and companionship to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personalized care and support to clients with varying needs, including personal care, mobility assistance, and medication management
- Preparing meals, cleaning, and maintaining the home environment
- Assisting clients with daily activities, such as shopping and appointments
- Fostering strong relationships with clients and their families, promoting a sense of community and belonging
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in a care setting, with a focus on live-in care or similar
- A driver's license is an advantage, but not required
- Flexibility to travel to client placements within the UK, with expenses covered
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £23,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Free DBS checks and PVG certification for Scotland-based staff

Salary Range: £23,000 - £32,000 per annum, based on experience.
