Job Description:

Main Responsibilities: As a Care Companion at Barchester Healthcare, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents. This will involve assisting with daily living tasks, offering companionship, and promoting independence. You will work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.

Requirements: To be successful as a Care Companion, you will need to have experience of caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a warm and compassionate approach. You will also need to be able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
