We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Engineer to join our dynamic IT team at iO Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting, implementing, maintaining, and supporting internal systems, software, and infrastructure for end users, warehouse operations, and retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement internal IT systems to meet business needs.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and manage the purchase of IT equipment to ensure seamless operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user support, resolving internal IT issues and conducting advanced troubleshooting.
  • Manage software deployments, patching, and upgrades to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees, including setting up and deactivating hardware and accounts.
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of systems administration, cloud platforms, and IT security best practices.
  • Expertise in managing and maintaining company IT hardware and associated infrastructure.
