About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Engineer to join our team at City Football Group. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance to our technology systems, ensuring a high level of service to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and maintenance to our technology systems, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Respond to and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to our business operations.
  • Collaborate with our IT team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring our service desk operations are efficient and effective.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our employees, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
  • Substantial experience in a 2nd Line Support position, with a strong background in technical support and maintenance.
  • Excellent level of customer service and demonstrable experience of dealing with senior members of staff.
  • Knowledge of Service Management processes, such as ITIL.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively, managing several open incidents and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent all-round knowledge of Windows and MacOS desktop operating systems, with specific recent support experience in Windows 10.
  • Strong background in supporting the full Microsoft Office suite on Windows and Mac platforms, with recent support in Office 2016/365.
