IT Service Desk Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Engineer to join our dynamic IT team at iO Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our internal systems, software, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement internal IT systems to meet business needs.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and manage the purchase of IT equipment.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for end-user support and resolve internal IT issues.
  • Manage software deployments, patching, and upgrades to ensure seamless operation.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees, including setting up and deactivating hardware and accounts.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of systems administration, cloud platforms, and IT security best practices.
  • Expertise in managing and maintaining company IT hardware and associated infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of networks, network protocols, configuration, and troubleshooting.
