Client Success Partner

As a Client Success Partner at Gartner, you will play a critical role in driving client retention and growth. You will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from their sponsorship packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Account Executives to deliver value to Global accounts and ensure client retention and growth.
  • Support client onboarding and maximize the components of their sponsorship package.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable client success.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or client success.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and G-suite.
  • Ability to travel and offer onsite event support to clients.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
