Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a care team to ensure excellent care and service delivery
- Develop and implement care plans, ensuring continuous assessment and evaluation
- Engage with residents in conversation, respecting their dignity and communication differences
- Administer and record medication as prescribed, with accurate monitoring
- Promote residents' dignity, independence, and quality of life
What We're Looking For:
We require a caring and patient individual with prior experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker. You will have a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of our residents.
