About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to vulnerable adults in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication administration.
  • Assist clients in maintaining their independence and dignity, promoting a high quality of life.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with clients, their families, and colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

Requirements:

  • A caring and reliable nature, with a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain good relationships.
  • Full Driving License and access to your own vehicle.
