About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, personal, and social care to our residents. You will work closely with our award-winning team to deliver exceptional care and support, ensuring that our residents feel valued, cared for, and part of our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with clinical, social, and emotional care, recognizing and meeting their specific needs.
  • Support residents with a wide range of requirements, from companionship to personal care.
  • Participate in monitoring residents and reporting changes to the nurse or senior care assistant.
  • Communicate effectively with residents' families, friends, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals with great interpersonal skills, who understand the importance of delivering high-quality care. Whether you are an experienced carer or new to the sector, we will provide you with the support and training you need to develop and grow.
