Biscuit Production Specialist

Reed Talent Solutions is proud to partner with Fox's Burton's Companies (FBC UK) to find the perfect candidate for this exciting role.
The RoleWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our manufacturing team as a Biscuit Production Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the production of high-quality biscuits, including mixing, baking, and chocolate enrobing.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure accurate programming of the bulk feed system
- Refill hoppers as needed and prepare pre-mix batches
- Verify guard safety and ingredient hopper readiness before downloading recipes
- Monitor webs and tracking, reporting any faults or issues
- Set up, operate, and control the rotary moulder and baking oven, making adjustments as necessary
- Operate and control the cream mixing equipment and creaming machine, ensuring proper handling and use of ingredients
- Set up and maintain chocolate supply to meet factory demand
- Regularly inspect products for deviations from standards and specifications
- Verify colour standards and control sheets are accurate and up-to-date
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to provide proof of full right to work in the UK
- Numerate, literate, and able to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment with high hygiene standards
