Biscuit Production Specialist

The RoleThis exciting opportunity is part of FBC UK's manufacturing team, responsible for the production of biscuits. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of food manufacturing processes, with a focus on quality control and batch management.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure accurate programming of the bulk feed system
- Refill hoppers as required and prepare pre-mix batches
- Verify guard assembly and ingredient hopper readiness before downloading recipes
- Monitor webs and tracking, reporting any faults or deviations
- Set up, operate, and control the rotary moulder and baking oven, making adjustments as needed to maintain standards and specifications
- Operate and control the cream mixing equipment and creaming machine, ensuring proper handling and use of ingredients
- Set up and maintain chocolate supply to meet factory demand
- Regularly inspect products for deviations from standards and specifications
- Verify colour standards and control sheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to provide evidence of full right to work in the UK
- Numerate, literate, and able to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment with strict hygiene protocols
