UCEM Apprenticeship Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Full Time Support Specialist to join our dynamic Apprenticeship Business Management team at University College of Estate Management (UCEM). This is a fantastic opportunity to support the smooth running of all apprenticeship business operations and use your specialist knowledge, skills, and expertise to remove barriers to learning.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders, including apprentices, employers, and colleagues, to ensure that all aspects of UCEM's apprenticeship business operations are managed effectively. Your key responsibilities will include acting as the first point of contact for all apprenticeship change of circumstance enquiries, overseeing allocated aspects of UCEM's apprenticeship business support operations, and preparing documentation and process requests relating to apprentice progression.
Educational Qualifications:
- GCSE Maths and English Language Grade C or 4 or above.
