Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at 1TECH STAFFING LIMITED. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and implementing our Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and maintain the Quality Management System, adhering to GMP, GDP, and ISO standards.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Foster a positive quality culture within the organization, supporting continuous improvement efforts.
- Contribute to Quality System Management Reviews, preparing inputs, attending, presenting at meetings, and managing outcomes.
- Participate in audits (Regulatory, ISO, Client, Supplier, and internal) and manage CAPA plans.
- Proven experience and good working knowledge of GDP, GMP, and GPhC regulations, as well as ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to take initiative and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Experience fostering collaborative relationships within QA teams and across the business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
