About the Role:

PAS Capital Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Gas Engineering team. As a Project Manager - Electrical & Instrumentation Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initial order receipt to client handover, ensuring quality standards are met and budgets are monitored and managed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and motivation to the team, demonstrating the company's values, systems, and processes.
  • Ensure quality standards are met in line with the company's procedures.
  • Undertake site surveys and assist with quotations for new projects and framework bids.
  • Manage project resources, including equipment procurement and commercial forecasting.
  • Prepare and issue project reports to clients and senior management.
  • Manage project risk and mitigation, and prepare and host progress meetings.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years industry-related experience, with a strong background in electrical and instrumentation project management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong communication, team working, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proactive and attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Electrical and instrumentation knowledge, with experience in hazardous area techniques and the gas industry.
  • Prince 2 Project Management or similar qualification, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Ability to travel nationwide when required, with a valid driving license.
