Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor

This role is for an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor to join the Shorterm Group team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution and monitoring of all Electrical and Instrumentation works across various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Construction Manager in executing and monitoring all Electrical and Instrumentation works to ensure they are completed in the safest manner possible.
- Manage the installation and testing of Electrical, Instrumentation, Communications, Telecoms, and Fire and Gas systems.
- Supervise the installation and testing of Electrical (HT/LT/MV/LV) and Instrumentation certification and installation works.
- Ensure all works are completed in accordance with ITP and document compliance requirements.
- Manage and coordinate with other Building Services teams to ensure the full compliance of Safety and Schedule requirements.
- Ensure productivity of labour force against budget man-hours.
- Manage Foremen, Chargehands, and crews to ensure all works are completed to the highest standard.
- Conduct in-situ field inspections to ensure quality of works delivered.
- Review and prepare Method Statements of Works and Field Labor Requirements and Agreements with crews.
- Perform FAT and SAT inspections, system line checks, field instrument checks, and certification.
- Perform calibration, functional checks, loop checks, and respective testing.
- Conduct system walk-downs, line checks, and punch-listing.
