We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Footprint
Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, England
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 + benefits
About the role:
The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of new build social housing projects. This will involve providing accurate cost estimates, managing project budgets, and ensuring value for money.
Main responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality quantity surveying services to support the successful delivery of social housing projects.
- Provide accurate cost estimates, manage project budgets, and ensure value for money.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in quantity surveying, preferably in social housing development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
