Construction Project Coordinator

Career Trails is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Project Lead to join our team. As a Mechanical Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of M and E projects from conception to completion.
This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 5 years experience in a project management role, preferably in the construction industry. You should have a strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and their installation, as well as excellent project management and organizational skills.
The successful candidate will also have the ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and project team members, and possess strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing all aspects of M and E projects from conception to completion.
- Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinating with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Overseeing the work of subcontractors and ensuring quality control.
- Monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to meet project goals.
- Communicating regularly with project stakeholders and providing updates on project status.
- Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.
- Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure work is being completed according to specifications.
- Managing project documentation and maintaining accurate records.
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to project team members.
We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
