Quantity Surveyor Job

We are seeking a Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) to join our dynamic team in Kirklees, West Yorkshire. As a key member of our Capital Development and Delivery Team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering construction-related projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Client-side Quantity Surveying elements of construction projects, with experience working on the delivery of Capital programmes and portfolios of projects from inception through to completion.

You will work closely with our Multi-Disciplinary Team to deliver large-scale capital investments that transform schools, leisure centres, offices, heritage sites, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver construction-related projects from inception to completion
  • Work closely with the Multi-Disciplinary Team to deliver Capital programmes and portfolios of projects
  • Have a strong background in Client-side Quantity Surveying elements of construction projects
  • Experience working on the delivery of Capital programmes and portfolios of projects
