We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursing Team Lead to join our team at bvsjobs.co - Jobboard. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for leading and developing the nursing team with a passion for preventative medicine.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing all aspects of the nursing team, including general nursing duties, maintaining practice standards, rota management, stock control, equipment servicing, and supporting the management team to ensure the smooth running of the Practice.

This is a full-time role working 40 hours across 5 days per week, with occasional Saturday mornings worked on a rotational basis. The successful candidate will receive time off in lieu during the week for these hours.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The Practice offers a range of benefits, including digital radiography, ultrasonography, tonometry, a full laboratory, dedicated inpatient wards, operating theatres, and consulting rooms.

You will work closely with a close-knit team that prides itself on delivering excellent patient care, supported by 4 FTE Veterinary Surgeons with experience ranging from 2 years to over 34 years in orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery.
