CV-Library is seeking an experienced Head of Paediatric Nursing to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for leading and managing the development of paediatric nursing services across various settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve patient care and outcomes;
  • Leading and mentoring a team of experienced paediatric nurses to ensure high-quality patient care;
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement policies and procedures;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Degree in nursing or related field;

    Postgraduate qualification in advanced clinical practice;

    Extensive experience in paediatric nursing, preferably in a leadership role;

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

    Able to work independently and as part of a team.

    Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum DOE; 27 days annual leave, NHS pension scheme, and continue professional development opportunities.
