Care Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a key member of our Home Instead family, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to older adults in their own homes.

As a Care Assistant with Home Instead, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. Our clients rely on us for companionship, support with daily tasks, and personal care. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent care and has a genuine desire to help others live their best life.

In this rewarding role, you will:

  • Provide companionship and social interaction to our clients, helping them stay engaged and connected
  • Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, light housework, and personal care
  • Accompany clients to appointments and shopping trips

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current UK full driving licence and access to use of a car. You must also be available to work mornings Monday to Friday and every second weekend.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.00 per hour, plus enhanced bank holiday rates. Our carers also benefit from a range of perks, including mileage paid as applicable, an auto-enrolment pension scheme, and exclusive discounts on supermarkets, high street stores, and more.
