About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Leadership Team Support Specialist to join our dynamic team within the President's Office. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will provide comprehensive support to three members of the President's office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize meetings, committees, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle internal and external communications.
  • Prepare agendas, reports, and policy documents.
  • Assist with strategic projects, including research and document drafting.
  • Provide information to support decision making and strategic developments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in handling confidential information.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
