Clinical Care Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a purpose-built care home in Swansea, Wales. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents and promoting a positive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the assessment, implementation, and evaluation of individual resident care plans.
- Communicate effectively with the clinical team, ensuring all CPA and risk assessment documentation is up-to-date.
- Deputise in the absence of the Unit Manager and their Deputy, managing staffing and clinical needs as required.
- Support and supervise care staff or new recruits.
Requirements:
- Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
- Previous experience in older people's care is desirable but not essential.
- Caring and compassionate with an excellent clinical track record.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people.
- Flexible, professional, and committed to being the best.
